Children’s toy sold on Amazon recalled over choking hazard
Recalled 5-in-1 Montessori Toy Set (airplane shaped teething toy on far right)
A child toy set that was sold on Amazon has been recalled because of a risk of serious injury or death from choking.

What we know:
The toy set is the SpringFlower 5-in-1 Montessori Toy Set. It comes with six stacking blocks, six stacking rings, five sensory balls, a shape sorting bin and an airplane-shaped teething toy attached to it. In the recall notice, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says the teething toy has tentacle ends that can choke small children.
The specific model of the Montessori toy set is model SFTODD05IN1, which is printed on the bottom of the box that it was sold on.

These toy sets were available for purchase on Amazon.com for around $30 from October 2023 to November 2025.
What's next:
Consumers are asked to stop using the toy set immediately and take them away from children. Replacements or refunds are being offered as well. The company is asking people to cut off all tentacles from the airplane shaped teething toy, write down the date and your initials in permanent marker on the base, and send photos of the destroyed and marked airplane to their website at springflower.com.cn/product-recall.
