One dead after car crashes into Berry Creek

One person has died after a car crashed into a creek on Tuesday. 

Georgetown police say they were notified a car, which had been traveling northbound in the 3200 block of I-35, had crashed and landed upside down into Berry Creek. Responders say there were three people in the car. 

Two were transported to a hospital and one was pronounced dead on the scene. 

The northbound off-ramp at MM265 will remain closed while the investigation continues, police say. No other information has been released.
