Round Rock Police searching for disorderly conduct suspect

The Round Rock Police Department is searching for a male suspect who was fondling himself inside the City of Round Rock Library at 216 E Main Street. The same male suspect has been seen fondling himself in the library on two other occasions.

According to police, library personnel immediately called 911 to report the incident on Tuesday, August 23 around 3:30 p.m. When the suspect observed employees watching him he fled the library on foot. Officers were told the subject was watching females in the library and began fondling himself.

The suspect is described as:

  • Hispanic male 
  • 5 ft. 10 in. tall
  • 210 pounds
  • Black hair and black goatee.
