Smoke from illegal South Austin dump fire seen for miles
AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Fire Department responded to the scene of an illegal dump fire in South Austin.
The fire happened in the 2100 block of Brandt Road.
AFD says the smoke column from the fire could be seen for miles.
A number of fire departments helped shuttle water.
AFD says the fire is contained.
No word on what caused the fire.
