Social Media post prompts investigation
A photo of a dog with it's mouth duct taped shut with the caption "This is what happens when you don't shut up!!!" is causing an uproar online.
According to the Orlando Sentinel the photo was posted to a Facebook page belonging to a woman named Katie Brown, who according to her page lives in South Daytona.
