Woman killed in SE Austin crash

AUSTIN, Texas - A woman is dead after a crash early Saturday morning in Southeast Austin.

Austin police were called to the 7400 block of Burleson Road near Omni Park Road around 4:15 a.m.

Austin-Travis County EMS pronounced the woman, believed to be in her 30's, dead on the scene when they arrived.

The other driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

A dog was also checked out following the accident.

It's unclear if the other driver will be facing charges.
