President Donald Trump says the next front in the war on drugs could be on land, and he says he thinks Congress will go along with his plans to take the fight to the cartels. This comes as he is leaving for a week-long trip through Asia, where he will met with the leaders of some of America's largest trading partners, including Chinese President Xi.
