Antique car stolen from parking lot in Fredericksburg

An antique convertible was stolen Saturday afternoon from a parking lot in Fredericksburg and the Fredericksburg Police Department is asking for the public's help to find it.

FPD officers were dispatched to a stolen vehicle report on October 5 around 4:45 p.m. in the 200 block of East Creek Street in downtown Fredericksburg.

The car, a blue 1947 Lincoln convertible with a cream soft top, had been parked in a lot around 2 p.m. that day. When the owner returned around 4:30 p.m., the car was gone.
