Pedestrian dead after being hit by a vehicle in eastern Travis County: ATCEMS

A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a vehicle in eastern Travis County Saturday morning.

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas - A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a vehicle in eastern Travis County, according to ATCEMS.

It happened just before 11 a.m. Saturday morning on FM 969 near Blue Bluff Road.

Medics arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
