Elderly couple reported missing now home safe

An elderly couple who was reported missing is now home safe.

David McMillan, 83, and Nell McMillan, 76, were traveling on Wednesday from San Jacinto County to Weatherford in North Texas, but never arrived.

Family says the couple got lost on their trip, spent the night at a hotel, and are now home safe.

A Silver Alert was issued Thursday and the sheriff’s office requested the public’s help locating the couple.
