FOX 7 Discussion: "Do not hire" list

AUSTIN, Texas - A Lockhart High School teacher has admitted to having an improper relationship with a student. 

Situations like this prompted advocates to push for a "Do Not Hire" list of former teachers and administrators. The new law went into effect this month.

The list can be obtained by both private and public schools.
