AUSTIN, Texas - There were some major setbacks today when it came to the city's efforts to address the homeless crisis.

The new homeless strategy officer Lori Pampilo Harris is out, moving to a consulting role, and Gov. Greg Abbott has sent another ultimatum to Mayor Steve Adler.
