FOX 7 Discussion: Homeless response is not ‘racially equitable’

AUSTIN, Texas - Austin's homeless response system is not racially equitable, says the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition, or ECHO.

However, the nonprofit is working to change that with the help of the federal government.

Quiana Fisher, the co-chair of the racial equity task group formed by ECHO, joins Rebecca Thomas to talk about systemic racism.
