AUSTIN, Texas - In his speech to the nation Monday night, President Trump said the days of nation building are over.
Trump said: "Our troops will fight to win. From now on, victory will have a clear definition attacking our enemies, obliterating ISIS, crushing Al-Qaeda, preventing the Taliban from taking over the country, and stopping mass terror attacks against Americans before they emerge."
President Trump also put Pakistan on notice saying the U.S. will go after terrorists in countries that allow them safe havens.
