Police: Suspicious dead body found in known transient camp
AUSTIN, Texas - The Travis County Sheriff's Office is working a suspicious death case.
At 7:03 a.m. on May 21, TCSO deputies responded to a deceased person call in the 1700 block of East Parmer Lane. Police say an abandoned home on the property is a known transient camp location.

Police say that due to the condition and location in which the body was found, the circumstances surrounding the case appear suspicious.
TCSO and the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office are working together to investigate the manner of death.
