Train stopped on tracks causes traffic backups
A train stopped on Oltorf Street east of Lamar Boulevard after experiencing mechanical problems and caused major traffic backups.
Jeff DeGraff with Union Pacific said the problems were with the train's air brakes and a maintenance crew was there to repair the problem.
There was no estimated time for repairs.
