Lockdown lifted at Crockett High School

Crockett High School was placed on lockdown early Wednesday morning, according to the Austin Independent School District. It was lifted just before 9 a.m. 

The campus was on lockdown after a report of a suspicious person on the campus. The Austin Police Department says it was a false report of a gunman who was actually a student with a "colorguard" training prop.
