Austin art gallery reimagined as 'West Chelsea Contemporary'
The art gallery you've known as The Russell Collection since 2002 has a new name and a new look. It's now called West Chelsea Contemporary and they're debuting with an art show called "Concrete To Canvas," all about street art and graffiti.
