It has been just over a year since Summer Moon-Utah Wells was last seen in a northeast Tennessee community. Her family marked the grim anniversary by releasing an open letter to the now-6-year-old girl as investigators said they are not giving up the search.

An Amber Alert for a missing girl last seen in Honey Grove, Texas has been discontinued. Authorities said 13-year-old Kionna Braxton was reunited with her family.

Police say the missing girl was found with 31-year-old Nolan Neighbors. They say he had been chatting with her online and arranged to meet each other.

Kayla Montgomery, the stepmother of missing girl Harmony Montgomery, pleaded not guilty this week to two perjury charges that accuse her of lying to a grand jury.
