Two adults transported after head-on crash in northwest Austin

Two adults have been transported after a head-on crash in northwest Austin Tuesday night.

ATCEMS reported that EMS, fire and police units responded to the crash at 6:47 p.m. on N FM 620 with two patients. One was pinned in the car and the other was entrapped.

Both patients were declared trauma alerts, extricated from their vehicles, and transported to St. David's Round Rock, one with critical life-threatening injuries and the other with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.

EMS cleared the scene as of 7:23 p.m. and no further information was available.
