The mother of a missing 4-year-old Georgia boy has been charged with murder, cruelty to children, and concealing a death after investigators found human remains during their search for the boy.

Monday marks 16 years since the disappearance of Jennifer Kesse.

Irene Luevano, 37, was last seen on Jan. 16 with her boyfriend. Her body was found in on Jan. 20, days after she was reported missing. Now, her boyfriend is considered by police to be the main suspect in the case.

The body of Brendan Santo, an 18-year-old from Rochester Hills who disappeared last October, is believed to have been found near Michigan State University in the Red Cedar River.

A missing Michigan couple has been found safe in Cincinnati.

Three children ages 10 and under have been found safe after they were reported missing in South LA overnight, police said.

DNA testing has confirmed that human remains discovered last year inside an SUV submerged in an Indiana river have been identified as an Ohio mom who disappeared nearly 20 years ago with her two young children. Just before she vanished, she left a note saying she was going to drive into the river. However, no other remains were found in the vehicle, so her children are still considered missing.

The stepmom of Harmony Montgomery, a missing girl from New Hampshire, had a charge revised and replaced with multiple other charges, including theft.

Harmony Montgomery, 7, was reported missing at the end of last year, though it’s believed she hasn’t been seen since 2019 in New Hampshire at the age of 5.

Harmony Montgomery’s uncle, who now lives in New Port Richey, says he reported abuse of the missing seven-year-old after seeing her with a black eye and hearing her father order her to scrub a toilet with her toothbrush.

A Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for a Manatee County 7-year-old, Ashley Ordaz, who has been missing since December 10.
