The Bureau of Labor Statistics says the skilled trades industry is facing a massive workforce shortage over the next few years, with 41% of the construction workforce set to retire by 2031 and a projected 4.1 million construction jobs needed over the next decade.  To help bolster the construction industry, The Home Depot Foundation has launched a grant program to bolster trade training.
